“Where does the money go?”
I made this piece to reflect on the Syrian Civil War. The
syrian money on the piece represents syria and the russian flag on top of the
money potrays the overrule of governments and a little explanation as to why
this war is going on. I wanted to make something about this topic because not
too many people know or even care about it too much and I think it’s a reallt
impactful issue in the world today.
“The White Helmets”
This poster as well ties in with the Syrain Civil War. The
piece itself represents the humanitarian group, “The White Helmets” who risk
their lifes to save people in the bombings from either side of the war. I
wanted more people to know about this group and the very wholesome act that
they do themselves with no pay and little recognition.
